First thought is mesh bracelet. A distinguished 12 o clock marker? The bezel styling is a very legible, but maybe "tone down" by having dots at the fives but the full # at the tens? And lastly with a name like starfish it feels like it needs a coloured dial. Sky blue, or yellowish. All just...

Nice, congrats! My spouse works for a Lasik company. Hope it was a good experience. I would imagine that would get tricky as staring at a watch could get a heart racing faster. At least I know that's how I get.
