I'd love to see a watch in the same vein as the Autodromo Prototipo and Straton Curve-Chrono(both SII VK mecaquartz powered). Straton also offers an automatic NE88 powered version as well, which would be cool for a special/limited edition.

I think it depends on the crystal used, the plain would look better with a higher dome and the engraved would look better with a more subtle dome or even a chamfered flat. I imagine, for cost purposes this will share its crystal with the diver bezel equipped model, so I'd take that into...

well, it could've worked with the 20Y movement and a custom date wheel but most I've seen most just use the more accessable 20A and just do a custom date wheel by flipping the window proportions sideways, making for a narrower window.

Sorry, if you miss read my tone but like I said the execution wouldn't have looked as good as the render, which I liked. I liked the 6 o'clock, it just wouldn't have actually looked like that due to the physical requirements of the movement, as I stated in my comment.
