I would be interested in the Medusa as well if it ever gets to the pre-order phase. It is a lovely watch. The design is fairly unique and it fits a wide range of wrist-size as well. With Borealis being a well-known and respected micro-brand, the Medusa will stand a much better chance of...
SimonB ... I do agree that the hands should be thicker than those in the prototype pictures. However, it looks like to me that the hour hand should also be slightly shorter so that the tip of the hand points to the end of the indices (except the 12, 3, 6, & 9). The length of the seconds hand...
Thanks for your quick response. I am patiently waiting for the commencement of the Medusa preorder....
BTW, my Sea Storm preorder has been testing my limits for months now! :(
It must be nice to be able to afford a real heritage "Fifty Fathoms"! But, for the rest of us, a homage would have to do for now!
Count in me in for a homage so long as the L2L dimension is kept at 49 mm or under!
My "Black Arabic-Date" arrived a few days ago while I was away in western Canada. My jaws dropped upon opening the package and unwrapped the Estoril 300. The fit and finish was top grade. The case exudes substance and sophistication many times beyond the price of this watch. The crown action was...
Maria,
I have just checked in the CTT site with the tracking number indicated on my PayPal Final Payment statement dated June 15. But the message displayed said "Item not found"!
What gives! Please kindly follow through with CTT for me.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
CHANT
I had paid the invoice on my "black, numeral with date" on June 15. But so far, the package has not yet shown up on the CTT tracker! :(
I would just need to be patient then!

Maria,
The sandwich dial gets me interested and the moderately-sized case should work for my small wrist as well.
I am looking forward to more details on case and crown design being available. Will the case back have a viton gasket or a rubber one?
Thanks

Wow! Maria, I could hardly keep up with all the ongoing projects and, now, all of a sudden, the Medusa "pug"!
I would really like to see this watch to be a "fun" tool watch with some lively color combo so the wearer could pair the Medusa with some nice Zulu or NATO straps.
I am looking forward...
I have had good luck with my time pieces equipped with Miyota engines (both 8217 & 901x's). They all have been between +2.5 and +6.0 s/d. I had subject Miyota movements to hour-long exercise routines with no obvious negative impact on long-term reliability and accuracy.
My Tissot LeLocle...
My experience in the last few months with the Borealis 22mm rubber strap is that keepers are slightly on the loose side. As such, I have had to make adjustments to the keepers 7 to 10 times during the day. It is kind of annoying! :(

I bought the 22mm Borealis vulcanized rubber strap just to get the discount on the pre-order on my Estoril 300. I was totally surprised at how comfortable the strap is on my skin. Unfortunately, at the time, I did not have a watch to try it on until now. I recently bought myself a beater diver...
