Nice looking tourbillon! From what I can tell it is a Hangzhou tourbillon movement. Hangzhou makes fine movements!

Thanks you know your stuff that's for sure your correct it has the HZ3310 mechanical tourbillon movement 19, jewels inside of it.
We used to sell those tourbillon movements so I better do 
. Stopped selling those are margins are really low and if one or two customers returned it would end up loosing money. Tourbillon movements are very expensive and hard to service but for sure look nice. My husband has one with a Shanghai Tourbillon movement that he purchased from http://www.perpetual-watch.com . Alex, owner of Perpetual is a nice guy.
