Sinn answers the call of moderation with a brand-new immaculate U-series collection.
The watches share many of the features found other U models such as the U1 or U2 only in a friendly 41mm package that starts from 2,180USD.

These watches are all about supreme levels of durability and exceptional readability.
This is why the U50’s case and crown have been made of high-strength seawater-resistant German Submarine Steel.

This type of steel stands out not only for its extremely high strength and exceptional non-magnetic properties but also for its especially high resistance to seawater.
Visually, the U50 has the same striking design as its larger U-siblings with its matte-black dial, white block hands and indexes creating a display that concentrates on the bare essentials.

In addition Sinn has designed the rotating bezel so that it is captive in the case. As it may experience high levels of stress during use, they have also hardened the surface using TEGIMENT Technology, making it especially scratch-resistant.

Like any of Sinn’s professional diver’s instruments, U50 is perfectly suited to diving use – a fact that has been verified by the classification company DNV GL.

DNV GL verifies and certifies pressure resistance to a diving depth of 500 meters (= 50 bar) and temperature resistance and functionality in accordance with the European diving equipment standards.

While Sinn’s new U50 on rubber can be had for just shy of 22 hundred dollars, you’ll be looking at almost 3,000USD for the U50 S on bracelet.

Thoughts? Awe, such a cute lil’ Sinn. This makes absolute sense – it will most likely end up being Sinn’s Porsche Macan. What do think? No brainer?
