Hello everybody!
Yesterday I've got my order - Borealis Sea Dragon.
It's nice) The box is look like a chinese cheap watchbox(((
But the main problem is accuracy! After 12 hours (from 8 pm till 7 am) my watch hurry up at 1 hour!
I set time again and go to my job. When I came to office (it is took 1 hour) the watch hurry up at 7 minutes.
I have wrote the letter to manager Maria.
How to solve this problem in short time (without sending watch to Portugal and save warranty) in Moscow?
Who have the same problem with accuracy?

Best regard, Serge

PS: Sorry for my English.

Hi Serge, welcome here! You should present yourself in the dedicated section, as it's the rule of the forum.
As for your watch, such massive time gains hint at a strongly magnetized watch. During transportation it was probably exposed to a strong magnetic field. Any decent watch maker/repairman should have a demagnetizer machine and could solve your problem (provided it's really that, but that's likely). A lot of watch amateurs/collectors also have that machine (I have one, but I'm quite far away from Moscow!) and you can buy one from eBay for about 10 dollars.

The box... Well, let's say that Borealis is all about value in watches. And in order to get great watches at low prices corners have to be cut. Better those of the box (which generally are too big and heavy for their own good) than those of the watch, I think.

Dear Sergei,

I have replied you yesterday (before you posted on forum) stating watch is likely magnetized and provided you instructions to get it fixed.

As mentioned we cut corners on presentation box so you can have a great watch for half price of what a similar one with that quality would cost you elsewhere!

Do let me know if you managed to get it demagnetized.
