Hello everyone! I just joined a few days ago and am now on the pre-order list for a Borealis Scorpionfish, black dial with plongeur hands. I'm also a member at WUS - haven't posted much lately, but still a WIS offline.
Here's how I came here:
1. Perused old picture archives of Cousteau et al. dive watches.
2. Found 1 picture of Albert Falco wearing a ZRC Grands Fonds. Fell in love.
3. Searched & learned of its rarity. Became sad.
4. Discovered ZRC re-issue & the cost. Became sad.
5. Learned that Crepas sold an homage in the L'Ocean model. Hard to find. Sad again.
6. Discovered Borealis' Scorpionfish & its shared case w/the L'Ocean. Happy.
