As a follow up on this I have checked with factory and PTFE coated o rings already are being used in watch industry. This is being used sometimes for sapphire bezel inserts but not on the case back.
This is due to material being more stiff so does not have enough elasticity to close case back...
As mentioned it is not an imperfection but a result of assembly and materials used - tefzel gaskets + glue.
Watch is assembled and built to be water resistant to 1500m and it is.
