Yes, agree. But in both dial and hands lume is strong. For a ceramic lumed bezel this is best it can be done this days.

Silver White Dial will have a stainless steel bezel with a stainless steel insert. Instead of insert being PVD coated will be in stainless steel with lume applied.

Lume on bezel can not be stronger as otherwise coating would not adhere to ceramics.
