Presentation of the Borealis Rubber Strap

#41
Do any members here have a comparison between Benarus and Borealis straps as far as stiffness? I purchased two Benarus straps in gray and orange, but ended up being too stiff.

I have both (sorry, no pics) and I have been quite happy with them. Black went on the Seahawk and the orange went on a Seiko 007. Solid and good looking straps. The material was not as soft as a BC but feels more rugged.

first we will release black color then depending on popularity other colors will follow as factory requires a minimum order of 1000 pcs per color. We will be selling them almost at cost price!

I have purchased both orange and black. Really nice stiffness, they both feel very well on my wrist. And I am looking forward to new releases of the strap. By that time Obris Morgan straps are no bad at all but not so good as Borealis were.

The new straps sound good.
Will they only come in 22mm, Maria, or 24mm as well ?
Will the deign be similar again to the Iso look, or something entirely different ?

Regards,
The new strap is an improved design of previous with new rubber mix made of vulcanized rubber, new and improved buckle.

Only available in 22mm.

Oh, OK.
The vulcanised rubber should be great !
I was hoping for a different look from the Iso style straps, which everyone seems to be following these days ....

Hi, I bought an orange rubber strap and looking to get a black plus blue colour. Would you be planning for red colour rubber strap in near future?

There is no business sense to make different colors. To develop a new formula takes lots of tests and minimum quantity to produce is of 1000 pcs per color. Our margins are small to be able to develop a color that would likely sell less than 100-200 pcs.

Thanks for your reply. Cheers!
