In my opinion they won't for some reasons. Smart watches are a consumer product and mechanical watches are for watch collectors Smart watches tend to get outdated in less than a couple of years while a mechanical watch will work as long as serviced Smart watches can not be passed as a heirloom...

Was just talking to factory and width of hour hands is same as hour markers at 12, 3, 6, 9. As for the minute hands it is as markers at 1, 2,4,5, ... As for the hour hand it needs to have a middle separation as in option 1 otherwise will be difficult to have strong lume without a middle structure.
